Once you place an order via our secure online store you will receive an automated response confirming that we have received your order. For purchases over 50 USD Liucia has free shipping via registered parcel shipping. Excepting public holidays in Japan and Hong Kong we ship the next business day from the date of order – registered parcel shipping deliveries will usually take between 5 – 15 working days to reach most countries internationally. If there is an exception, a design is out of stock or we need to custom finish a design we will first notify you by e-mail with a confirmation of the expected shipping date.

All standard shipping over 50 USD is free of charge (please allow for 1 to 3 weeks. Express or Speedpost shipping costs are borne by the purchaser and are based on the weight of the order and shipping method you choose. Speedpost Rates are as follows:

★Packaging and Gifting

Packaging: All Liucia designs come with exclusive Liucia dust bags and tags along with a protective plastic bag in case of environmental elements that may be cause damage during shipping.

Shipping Packaging All Liucia designs are shipped in re-used and recyclable paper bags and materials or basic wax shipping paper. At Liucia we believe that it’s better for the environment by not ordering new packaging for something that will not be cherished or kept by the client. As always, the interior packaging will be carefully gifted with white tissue paper, Liucia dust bag and tag and box where applicable.

If you are sending a gift and would like the outside shipping packaging to also reflect Liucia’s aesthetic then please include this request in your shopping cart message. We will package your gift in a new plain white postal box for an additional 5.00 USD charge. We will also send a receipt that does not include the price in the case that a client would like to refund or exchange the gift. A separate receipt can be sent to the payee via e-mail for reference.

★Return Policy

Return requests are to be made within seven days from the date of delivery.

All returns must be received within seven days of return request.

All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. All original tags must be attached. Liucia has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet Liucia’s Return Policy requirements.

All merchandise purchased "ON SALE" or purchased at a discounted price are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds.

All Pre-Order sales are only exchangeable for other items or for a website credit.

All orders purchased with an existing website credit are FINAL SALE. There are no returns and re-orders with web credit

All orders purchased as a SPECIAL order or "IN STORE ONLY" order can only be exchanged for another item or for a web credit. NO CASH REFUNDS!

Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges.

All merchandise that is purchased at www.liucia.com must be returned by shipment to our address and will not be accepted at boutiques or department stores carrying our designs.
